It's not fruit but—tough. Much like the tamago you see in sushi menus, leche flan is shapely, sweet and egg-based. I used Thai tea in the rice for this one.
Avocado with Sea Salt Cream
Coconut and avocado collide and do not disappoint. The soft bite is nicely backed by hit of cold cream.
